Brett Prilik

Executive Director and Founder

Meet Brett Prilik, the Executive Director and Founder at Innovation Learning. He has been a teacher, principal, school district administrator, and college faculty at a large state university. Brett became involved in before and after-school programs and extended day learning in 2005. As a Principal of a school, he received feedback from numerous families concerning their displeasure with their before and after-school program. Based on the community's needs and desires, Dr. Prilik worked with his staff, families, and community members to develop a program they could be proud of. After creating a successful program at his school, other Principals in his District began asking for the program. In 2007, he left his District Administrator position to concentrate on where he thought he could make the most significant impact by developing extended-day programming. In his free time, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and is particularly proud of being a girl-dad to his two daughters.

Meet Bryan Foster, Chief of Staff at Innovation Learning. He joined the team in 2022. He oversees all field operations and ensures the Innovation Learning brand experience is met with exceptional quality to students, families, and stakeholders while keeping departments interconnected with meaningful practices. Before joining the team, Bryan was a site principal working with the program and immediately fell in love with how Innovation Learning offers an innovative and fun experience to all students. It is not a daycare session. It is a program that promotes thinking, fun activities, teamwork, and collaboration amongst students while focusing on the social emotional development of each student. In his free time, he enjoys being married to his high school sweetheart, being a dad and chef for his four kids, and playing golf.
