Before getting started we’ll perform a needs analysis while aligning values. No two programs are the same and every organization gets personalized attention and curation. This is also the time we’ll develop a right-sized scope and create formal agreements.

Program Planning

Now that our partnership is established we’ll build out scheduling, engage your community, and hire a dedicated team. During this step, your program will begin to take shape as we curate the perfect program for you.

Training

We don’t leave our partners high and dry. Instead, we help train your team with ongoing learning and development with customizable curriculum that matches the values and needs of your organization.

Launch

Once your programs are stood up we help organize community events while providing open communication, operational support, and customer service. Your program is your own, but we offer support through it all.
