With Innovation Learning at Challenge to Excellence Charter School in Parker, CO, we recognize the immense potential of a child's mind. With our decades of experience as educators, administrators, and parents, we understand that when children are actively engaged, their capacity for learning and innovation flourishes.

Our before and after care programs and summer enrichment programs are designed to foster student-centered learning. We believe that students should have increased control over their own educational journey, which is why we offer a flexible format that empowers them to make choices about what and how they learn during their time with us. Our dedicated staff are trained to act as learning facilitators, positioning our Innovation Learning students for success.

As career educators, we have meticulously crafted an ideal framework that combines structured, research-based, and skill-building methods with adaptable and creative approaches. This framework enables children to become innovators by providing them with the necessary tools and nurturing their collaborative spirit, curiosity, communication skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Innovation Learning is not just a place for education; it's a space where children can be physically active, mentally engaged, and creatively inspired. We prioritize the characteristics rooted in innovation, encouraging collaboration, curiosity, communication, and creative problem-solving. Our programs consist of weekly components, including Innovation Stations, Academic Support, Discovery Play, and TINKER Time, providing a comprehensive and enriching experience for elementary students.

  • “The staff is awesome! I love how they do so many activities with the students. They are never bored. My children always get mad they have to leave for home when we pick them up. This shows how the program is wonderful and the staff as well. Such a nice group of people.”

    - Parent at St. Patrick Catholic School, Illinois

  • “The team is amazing - great caregivers and very nice people. I have great confidence in them and can leave my granddaughter there without any worries. Gives us such peace of mind which is important to us. I also appreciate how well stocked the center is. There is an abundance of supplies for crafts, work and play. Please ensure the team there is recognized. We don't know how we'd manage without this service!”
